Abstract

Konstrukcijo smo modelirali z dvema različnima modeloma. Vse navpične konstrukcijske elemente smo najprej modelirali z linijskimi elementi. V drugem modelu smo jedra modelirali z lupinastimi elementi. V prvem modelu smo navpične konstrukcijske elemente povezali s togo diafragmo na nivoju posameznih etaž. V drugem modelu so plošče modelirane kot lupinasti končni elementi.

Secondary title: ǂThe ǂproject of reinforced concrete business-commercial residential building
Secondary abstract: The project of reinforced concrete business-commercial residential building in accordance with Eurocode Standards is a thesis based on an ideal project made by an architect. The building consists of three underground floors for parking purposes, three floors for commercial activities, five floors for business activities and thirteen residential floors. The floor plan of the above ground section of the building changes with the change in the intended purpose of use. The building is predicted to be placed in the Municipality of Ljubljana. The load-bearing construction which is entirely made of reinforced concrete consists of solid slabs, frames and walls without openings. Vertical load is transmitted from slabs through columns and walls into the foundation floor. The frames and walls bear the seismic load. The subject of the analysis is the above ground section of the building with the use of the program SAP2000. For the analysis we used different numerical models. We paid special attention to the seismic load which was relevant for the design of the vertical structural elements. First we verified the behaviour of the walls, then the behaviour of the walls together with the frames. The construction was modelled with two different models. All the vertical structural elements were modelled with linear elements. In the second model the walls were modelled with shell elements. In the first model the vertical structural elements were linked with a rigid diaphragm at the level of individual floors. In the second model the slabs were modelled as shell finite elements. For the design of selected vertical elements we took into account the results of the analysis with the linear elements. The reinforcement in the slabs was determined on the basis of the analysis with shell elements. This was done considering the relevant combination of vertical loads.
