Abstract

Vodenje podjetja je v današnjem času treba prilagoditi okolju, če želimo, da bo uspešno poslovalo. Vodje morajo imeti zastavljene jasne cilje o tem, kaj želijo doseči, to pa bodo lahko dosegli s pravilnim usmerjanjem svojih sodelavcev. Vodenje se nanaša na ljudi, se pravi, kako jih usmerjati, motivirati, vplivati nanje, da bi svoje naloge reševali čim bolje in ob čim večjem zadovoljstvu. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, njihov položaj in počutje v podjetju so v veliki meri odvisni od nadrejenih, od njihove profesionalnosti in načina vodenja, na kar neposredno vplivajo osebnostne lastnosti, znanja in sposobnosti vodij. V magistrskem delu smo proučevali stile vodenja ter ugotavljali ključne kompetence uspešnega vodje, kakšen mora biti vodja in kakšno je pravo vodenje, ki vodi v uspešnost podjetja in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Management of a company has to nowadays be adapted to the environment, if we wish the company to have a successful business. Managers have to have clear goals on what they wish to achieve and with the right guidance of their co-workers they can reach them. Management refers to people, how to guide, motivate and influence them to solve tasks better and be more satisfied. Satisfaction of employees, their position and well being in a company is dependent of their superiors, their professionalism and manner of management, which is directly influenced by their personal characteristics, knowledge and management capabilities. In our Master’s thesis we studied management styles and established key competences of a successful manager, how a manager is supposed to be and what kind of management causes company’s prosperity and satisfaction of employees.
