magistrsko delo

Abstract

Secondary title: Optimization of the chain of added value in designing and making of remodeling tools
Secondary abstract: MA thesis justifiably proves that companies in individual production (e.g. tool factories) can also create a higher added value per employee, which presents the opportunity for greater profits. Creating a higher added value can be achieved by performing lean production, lean management and by the study of time as a part of the organisation of production in combination with other methodologies and tools for improving quality. Each optimization of the process, material and information flow can be small, but the common effect can be enormous not only in the manufacturing process, but in the whole business process (inside and outside of the company). The working process is also crucial for the employee who represents the most important source of future and inventiveness as a competitive advantage. With a quality production, we keep the customers, maintain a good image, facilitate a long-term existence and catalyse good competences for the future.
