Abstract

Zasebne naročniške telefonske centrale (PBX centrale) podjetjem nudijo številne funkcije. Določene funkcije omogočajo nepooblaščeno uporabo, ki ima za posledico finančno korist. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen pregled tipičnih funkcionalnosti PBX central in izpostavljen izbor možnosti za zlorabe central. Pri raziskavi možnosti zaznave zlorab na strani ponudnika telekomunikacijskih storitev smo upoštevali priporočila organizacij, ki se ukvarjajo s področjem zlorab telekomunikacij. Rezultat diplomskega dela je razvoj aplikacije, ki zlorabe z večjim finančnim vplivom sproti zaznava in se na njih samodejno odziva.

Secondary abstract: PBX phone systems provide many features to companies. It is possible to use some of them unauthorized and gain financial benefits. Thesis shows typical features of PBXs and describes some possibilities on how to abuse them. Explored are possibilities of detecting toll fraud on the carrier side, using recommendations from organizations dealing with telecommunications fraud. Application was developed as part of the thesis for ongoing detection of fraud with higher financial impact and automatic reaction to it.
