Abstract

Raziskavo smo naredili v podjetju Mark Metal d.o.o., ki se ukvarja s kovinskimi izdelki in z opremo za avtomobilsko industrijo, medicino, elektroniko, elektrotehniko, gradbeništvo in potrošniško blago. Problem, s katerim se srečujejo v podjetju, je časovna neučinkovitost, ki pa smo ga z diplomsko nalogo poskušali rešiti. Problematike smo se najprej lotili z opazovanjem in nato z merjenjem časa zaposlenih v sortirnici. Zaposlene smo spremljali in jim merili čas premikov na vsakem njihovem koraku. Rezultate merjenja in opazovanja smo prikazali v tabeli. Da bi skrajšali delovne postopke, smo predlagali nakup štirih novih tehtnic vrste Kern. Zaposlene so razdeljene v štiri skupine in v vsaki skupini je največ pet oseb, zato smo se odločili, da ima vsaka skupina eno tehtnico. Predlagali smo namestitev zaboja zraven tehtnic, kjer bi odlagale pregledane kose, v zaboj, kjer imajo zaposlene svoje osebne stvari in pripomočke za opravljanje delovnih nalog, pa še namestitev slikovnega kataloga napak. Na koncu smo naredili izračune in ugotovili, da se bo strošek nakupa tehtnic povrnil najkasneje v roku dveh mesecev.

Secondary title: The renovation of sorting process in the company Mark Metal d.o.o.
Secondary abstract: The study was done in Mark Metal d.o.o. enterprise, which is engaged in automotive industry, medicine, electronics, electrical engineering, metal products, construction and consumer goods. Our main focus was to solve their biggest issue, which is time inefficiency. We tackled the issue by observing and measuring the movements of employees in sorting department. Employees were observed and their movements were time measured at every step. The results of observations and measurements are presented in the table. In order to reduce time consumption, we proposed the purchase of four weight scales type Kern. Employees are divided in four groups by 5 members, so we allocated each group one weight scale. We also proposed installation of a box for inspected products beside scales and drop off catalogue of errors in employees individual boxes. In the end we calculated return of investment costs within two months.
