Abstract

Razvoj mobilnih naprav in mobilne telefonije v veliki meri vpliva na navade uporabnikov. Mobilni telefoni že nekaj časa niso namenjeni samo komunikaciji, ampak počasi nadomeščajo vrsto drugih naprav, ki so jih prej uporabljali poleg mobilnega telefona. Tudi trg mobilne telefonije se z razvojem mobilnih naprav hitro spreminja. Uporabniki od mobilnih operaterjev ne pričakujejo več samo dobre pokritosti s signalom in ugodnih klicev ter SMS sporočil. V prvi vrsti uporabniki danes želijo večje količine zakupljenega prenosa podatkov in hitrost podatkovnega prenosa, saj za uporabo mobilnih aplikacij to potrebujejo. Mobilni operaterji že razmišljajo in so aktivni na področju ponudbe dodatnih storitev za svoje uporabnike. Pri pripravi celovite ponudbe v prihodnosti morajo poznati navade in želje uporabnikov. Pri pripravi diplomskega dela smo želeli pridobiti mnenje uporabnikov o obstoječi ponudbi, o njihovih navadah in željah. Raziskave smo se lotili s pomočjo spletne ankete, v katero smo zajeli uporabnike vseh mobilnih operaterjev. Rezultate ankete smo statistično analizirali, predlagane rešitve pa analizirali še s SWOT analizo. Pri analizi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da si uporabniki želijo dodatne ponudbe s strani mobilnih operaterjev. Ponudba mobilnih aplikacij bi lahko vplivala na odločitev pri zbiri ponudnika mobilnih storitev. Nekateri uporabniki so že pripravljeni plačevati za nakup in uporabo mobilnih aplikacij, teh uporabnikov pa bi bilo lahko še več, če bi imeli možnost plačevanja pri mesečnem računu, saj kreditnim karticam ne zaupajo najbolj. Obstoječo ponudbo podjetja Si.mobil uporabniki v neki meri že poznajo, vendar pa so nekatere aplikacije zelo redko uporabljane. Ker pa si uporabniki tovrstne ponudbe želijo, je priložnosti na tem področju dovolj.

Secondary abstract: The development of mobile devices and mobile telephony has a great influence on the habits of users. For some time now mobile phones are no longer used just for communication purposes, but slowly replace a variety of other devices that were previously used in addition to the mobile phones. Mobile telephony market is also changing rapidly with the development of mobile devices. Mobile users no longer expect just good signal coverage and affordable calls and text messages from their mobile service provider. First and foremost, users today, want larger quantities on their data plan and higher speeds of data transfers, because they need it for the use of mobile applications. Mobile operators are already active and are thinking about providing additional services to its users. They should be familiar with the habits and preferences of users in the preparations of a comprehensive offer in the future. In preparing the thesis we wanted to get the opinion of users on existing offers, their habits and desires. Research has been taken through online survey in which we covered users of all mobile service providers. The results of the survey were statistically analysed, the suggested solutions were further analysed with SWOT analysis. In analysing the results, we found out that users want additional offers by mobile service providers. Offering of mobile application could affect the decision in the choice of mobile service provider. Some users are already ready to pay for the purchase and use of mobile applications, but there could be more of them if they had the option of paying for them on their monthly invoice for mobile services, because most of them do not trust to pay for applications with their credit cards. Users are to some extent already familiar with existing offers of Si.mobil applications although some of them are very rarely used. However, since users want that kind of offers, there are enough opportunities in this area.
