Abstract

POVZETEK V proizvodnji kuhalnih aparatov podjetja Gorenje, d. d., smo v diplomskem delu izvedli raziskavo področja ergonomije in ureditve delovnega mesta. Delovno mesto mora biti učinkovito, udobno, urejeno in prijazno do delavca. Delovna oprema in sredstva morajo doprinašati dodano vrednost, da bodo lahko zaposleni z njimi učinkovito opravljali delo in podjetju ustvarjali ustrezno dodano vrednost, dobiček ter zagotavljali rast in razvoj podjetja. Zato je pomembno, da delovna mesta niso samo prilagojena zahtevam delovnega procesa, ampak tudi ergonomsko oblikovana. Kot posledica neupoštevanja ergonomije se kažejo izostanki z dela, bolniški stalež, bolezni in trajne okvare, ki vodijo do invalidnosti. Z metodama OWAS in GA-KA-99 smo v proizvodnji programa kuhalnih aparatov izvedli raziskavo področja ergonomije in preureditve delovnega mesta. Z analizo gibov pri opravljanju dela na določenih delovnih mestih smo ugotovili določene pomanjkljivosti. Dobljeni rezultati so pokazali, da je treba delovna mesta prilagoditi, saj obstaja velika verjetnost poškodb. Po preureditvi delovnih mest smo ponovili analizo. Rezultati so pokazali pozitivne učinke na delavca, saj se je verjetnost za nastanek poškodbe ali celo trajne invalidnosti precej zmanjšala. Z iskanjem najboljše rešitve za obravnavana delovna mesta smo dosegli naslednje izboljšave: • odpravili smo delavčeve bolečine v kolku, • odpravili smo delavčeve bolečine v predelu hrbtenice, • odpravili smo delavčeve bolečine v zgornjih okončinah, • z uporabo manipulatorja (robotske celice) in nastavljivih dvižnih miz smo dosegli prilagoditve delovnih mest z vidika varnosti in zdravja pri delu.

Secondary abstract: ABSTRACT In this thesis we have covered the research in the area of ergonomics and arrangement of working environment within the Gorenje company - the production of cooking appliances. Working environment needs to be efficiant, suitably arranged and kind to the workers. Working equipment and resources have to bring the additional value to the efficiency of work, and the benefit for the development and growth of the company, and its gross income. Therefore it is highly important that working environments are not only adjusted to the working process requirements, but also ergonomically shaped. By disregarding ergonomics, the consequences can be highly evident in a perspective of medical absence from work, illnesses and permanent disabilities that can lead to the cases of invalidism. This inquiry in the area of ergonomics and rearrangement of working environment has been conducted with the help of OWAS and GA-KA-99 methodology. With the analysis of movements at the working process, at a certain working space, we have determined certain deficiencies. The results show that working environments need rearrangements due to the high possibility of injuries. After the rearrrangement of working environment, the analysis has been repeated. The results have shown positive effects on workers. The probability of injuries and even permanent invalidism has reduced evidently. In a search of the best solution for the covered working environments, the following improvements have been recomended: • the pain in worker's hips was eliminated, • the pain in the area od spinal column was eliminated, • the pain in upper extremities was eliminated, • with the help of manipulators (robot cells) and special desks, the level of rearrangements of working environments were achieved, from the perspective of health and safety at work.
