Abstract
Proizvodnjo in skladišče povezuje materialni tok, ki teče med skladiščem in proizvodnjo. Pri tem je zelo pomembno, da se opravljajo samo potrebna opravila, ki prinašajo dodano vrednost izdelkom in nizke stroške izdelave. V diplomskem delu smo za podjetje Eurel d.o.o. predstavili obstoječe stanje proizvodne linije »Kavni mlin« in posnetek stanja skladišča. S pomočjo procesnih kart smo opisali dopoldanski potek oskrbe linije »Kavni mlin« z materiali. Na podlagi procesnih kart smo zaznali ozka grla oskrbovanja linije, kar pomeni, da oskrbovalec linije ne opravlja vseh aktivnosti, ki so namenjene oskrbi linije s potrebnim materialom. Aktivnosti oskrbovanja zalogovnikov delovnih mest opravljajo delavke. Ozka grla smo analizirali s kritično analizo, s pomočjo katere smo našli številne priložnosti za izboljšavo materialnega toka. Uvedba elektronskega kanbana in prenovljen proces oskrbe proizvodnje linije nam prinašata organiziran proces oskrbe delovnih mest in prihranek na času delavk, s katerim povečamo produktivnost proizvodnje.

Secondary abstract: |
Production line and warehouse are connected by material flow. It is very important to perform only necessary tasks that bring added value to products and low manufacturing costs. In this thesis we have for the company EUREL presented the current condition of the production line "Coffee Mill" and condition in the warehouse. With the help of process maps we have described morning shift supply work on production line “Coffee mill” with materials. On the basis of process maps we noticed some bottlenecks of supplying production line which means that suppliers are not performing all of the activities that are necessary for supplying production line with materials. Activities for supplying storage container of working places are now performed by workers themselves. We analyzed bottlenecks with critical analysis, with which we found numerous possibilities for material flow improvements. Introduction of electronic Kanban and renovation of process of supplying production line brings us organized process of supply of jobs and savings on time of workers, which increase the productivity of production. |
