Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je bil z metodo prenove poslovnih procesov predstaviti izbrani proces razvoja in implementacije novega izdelka v serijsko proizvodnjo v podjetju Tajfun Planina. S pomočjo časovne analize smo pri posnetku obstoječega stanja ugotovili pomanjkljivosti skupaj z vzroki in posledicami problemov. Proces smo na podlagi predlogov za izboljšave tudi prenovili. S študijo razpoložljive literature s področja prenove poslovnih procesov in z metodo opazovanja ter intervjujev smo pridobili informacije, na podlagi katerih smo izdelali analizo obstoječega stanja v podjetju. V procesu smo uporabili tudi empirično metodo na podlagi osebnega znanja in izkušenj v omenjenem procesu. Za prikaz procesov je bilo uporabljeno programsko orodje Aris. V zaključku smo potrdili v uvodu postavljeno hipotezo ter ugotovili, da prenovljeni proces skrajša čase poteka nekaterih aktivnosti in hkrati zagotovi, da so določeni na izdelek vezani dokumenti pripravljeni pravočasno in kakovostno ustrezno, predvsem pa omogoči bistveno daljše časovno območje za potrebe testiranja funkcijskega prototipa.

Secondary abstract: The aim of thesis is to present by method of business process reengineering (BPR) selected process of development and implementation of a new product in serial production of the company Tajfun Planina. With time analysis of current production state all weaknesses with causes and consequences have been exposed. The process itself has been renovated according to proposals for improvement. With research of the available literature in the field of BPR and the method of observation and research, we have obtained information on which we made the analysis of the existing situation in the company. The process itself was used as an empirical method based on personal knowledge and experience in already mentioned process. For presentation of the process has been used a software tool Aris. In conclusion, we have confirmed the hypothesis and found that renovated process shortens time of some activities, and on the other hand ensures that research and development papyrology is done on time and more or less flawless. Due to this fact period of functional testing of prototype is longer and done more in depth.
