Abstract
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili na paketno poslovanje in storitev Pošte Slovenije d. o. o. (PS) v primerjavi z ostalimi konkurenčnimi ponudniki na slovenskem trgu ter zadovoljstvo uporabnikov paketnih storitev s poslovanjem PS v primerjavi s sedmimi konkurenčnimi ponudniki. Podrobno smo predstavili ponudbo paketnih storitev PS, posamezne faze prenosa paketnih pošiljk in distribucijo ter delovanje poštnega logističnega centra v Mariboru. Sledil je empirični del, v katerem smo predstavili konkurenčne ponudnike, s katerimi smo primerjali PS. V empiričnem delu smo prav tako predstavili rezultate anketnega vprašalnika o zadovoljstvu uporabnikov poštnih storitev, kjer smo analizirali vsak posamezen odgovor ter jih razvrstili na posamezne manjše kategorije, katere smo medsebojno tudi primerjali. Sledila je podaja morebitnih predlogov rešitev, ki bi glede na obravnavano problematiko izboljšale delovanje in obstoj PS na trgu poštnih storitev.
Na podlagi primerjave med največjimi konkurenčnimi ponudniki v Sloveniji in PS ter na podlagi opravljene analize ankete smo ugotovili, da je najbolj učinkovita rešitev sledenje uporabnikom in njihovim željam. Pomembno je, da PS pri svojem poslovanju pravočasno zazna prednosti in pomanjkljivosti ter sledi modnim, tehničnim in tehnološkim napredkom.

The dissertation consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part we have focused on the parcels and the postal services of the Pošte Slovenije (PS) in comparison to other competitive providers on the Slovenian market as well as the satisfaction of the users of the PS’s services in comparison with seven other competitive providers. Parcels, phases of parcel delivery, distribution and the functioning of the Postal logistics centre Maribor are all presented in detail. This was followed by the empirical part, where we presented competitive providers in comparison with the PS. In addition we also presented the results of the survey on the users’ satisfaction with postal services, where we analysed every single answer and then arranged them into smaller categories and compared them to each other. We have also suggested some solutions which could improve the functioning of the Post of Slovenia on the market. Based on the comparison between the PS and other competitive providers and based on the conducted survey we have concluded that the most optimal solution is to follow the users’ requests. It is of great importance that the PS senses the advantages and disadvantages of its functioning at the right time and that it follows the fashionable, technical and technological progress. |
