Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazano optimizirano konstruiranje ravnalnika pločevine. Naloga predstavi funkcijo stroja, obravnava posamezne funkcijske module (delna funkcija-sklop) in možne rešitve. V nadaljevanju se rešitve ovrednotijo glede na vhodne zahteve naročnika ter se izbere najprimernejša. Baza rešitev, ki so preizkušene in se jih lahko izbira glede na zahteve, prinaša prihranek časa pri konstruiranju, hkrati pa prihrani čas za konstruiranje na novo potrebnih elementov. Po predstavljenem načinu konstruiranja je ravnalnik pločevine izdelan v proizvodnji in že deluje.

Secondary title: Design optimisation of sheet metal straightener
Secondary abstract: The thesis shows the optimized construction of the sheet metal straightener. It presents the function of the machine, deals with individual functional modules (partial feature-set) and possible solutions. The possible solutions are evaluated with respect to the input of the customer's requirements and the most appropriate is selected. Database of solutions, that have been tested and may be chosen depending on the requirements, allows time savings in the construction. Even more, it also saves time for the construction of the new elements needed. The presented mode of constructing the sheet metal straightener was already manufactured and it is already operational in production.
