Secondary abstract: | The purpose of this diploma work is to perform the structural analysis and design of a three-storey steel office building with the dimensions of 20 m x 24 m and the height of 14 meters. The steel elements are made of hot rolled profiles steel grade S 235. Foundations are made of concrete C25/30. Interfloor structures are made of pre-stressed concrete hollow slabs. The analysis and dimensioning are performed according to European regulations and standards eurocode SIST EN. Static and dynamic analysis of the structure and design is done in the computer program Scia Engineer15.3, taking into account the global imperfections of the structure. At the end of the diploma is overview of the approximate costs of making the steel office building. |
