Prenova sistema za upravljanje dokumentov v gradbenem podjetju

Abstract

V diplomskem delu preučujemo problem prenove elektronskega sistema za upravljanje dokumentov v gradbenem podjetju. V procesu od pridobitve, izvedbe pa do zaključka projekta se v podjetju pripravi veliko papirne dokumentacije. Podjetje ima hkrati odprtih več projektov, zato je težko slediti vsej dokumentaciji, še posebej če je v procesu vpletenih več razvojnih stopenj in ljudi. V diplomskem delu smo zato preučili možnost uvedbe celovite programske rešitve – odločili smo se za programsko rešitev 4BUILD iz podjetja HermeS Krško. V preučevanem podjetju imajo že njihov računovodski program, zato se le-ta program lahko poveže z novim. Poslovanje in pregled sta tako še enostavnejša. Nakup dodatne programske opreme trenutno ni potreben, saj je v podjetju na razpolago dovolj novejše, zmogljivejše opreme. Edine naložbe, v katere bo podjetje, če se bo odločilo za nakup programske rešitve, moralo vložiti, so nakup licence, strežnika in izobraževanje zaposlenih. Taka uvedba celovite programske rešitve (ERP) je za malo podjetje pomembna, saj je podjetje tako lahko konkurenčno na trgu. Uvedba celovite programske rešitve predstavlja za podjetje pomemben in zahteven proces.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with the modernization of electronic document management system in a construction building company. There is a lot of paperwork during the process of acquirement, execution and completion of a project. Since the company works on several projects at the same time, it is hard to follow all the documentation, especially if the process involves multiple phases and contractors. Therefore the thesis researches introduction of a complete software solution, in our case software 4BUILD by company HermeS Krško. Since the company already uses HermeS’s accounting software, the operation and review will be simplified due to the compatibility of both programs. The purchase of additional hardware would not be required at the moment, as there is a lot of modern and efficient equipment available in the company. If the company decides for the purchase of this software, it will have to invest only for software licence and employee training.Introduction of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is essential for a small company, thus it can stay competitive on market. However, it represents an important and demanding process for the company.
