Abstract

V razvojni fazi projekta je zelo pomembno načrtovanje celotnega procesa izdelave pesta kolesa motorja. Mehanska obdelava je del, ki ima največjo dodano vrednost. Dodana vrednost na mehanski obdelavi je nad 50% vrednosti izdelka. V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočil na razvoj pest kolesa motorja na mehanski obdelavi. Raziskal in rešil sem problem soosnosti, saj je soosnost ulitkov lahko tudi do 50x večja kot so tolerance ulitka in problem vrtanja lukenj na dolgem izpetju majhnega premera.

Secondary title: Process development of hub for motorcycle
Secondary abstract: Planning the whole process of hub for motorcycle at development stage of a project is of extreme importance. The mechanical processing is part of a process which has the highest added value. The added value represents more than 50 % of the product value. In my thesis I focused on the development of wheel hub motors during mechanical processing. I have found a solution to the concentricity problem, as the concentricity of alloys can be 50 times bigger than alloy tolerances as well as a solution to the problem of hole drilling at longer dismounting of a small diameter.
