Delavniška dokumentacija preizkuševališča zobnikov

Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema izdelavo tehnične dokumentacije unikatne izvedbe standardiziranega FZG preizkuševališča, ki se uporablja za preizkušanje zobniških parov in mazil. V sklopu diplome je bil napravljen 3D CAD model preizkuševališča, določeni so bili manjši konstrukcijski detajli. Opisan je postopek ustvarjanja dokumentacije in reševanja problemov v zvezi s predpisovanjem vseh potrebnih parametrov, ki jih zajema delavniška risba komponente. Poudarek je na določevanju natančnosti izdelave, saj se bodo na napravi preizkušali zelo kvalitetni zobniki.

The thesis includes a 3D CAD model of the device and determination of some small construction details. It describes the process of making technical drawings, which includes determination of parameters, that are vital for a part going into production. Sharp tolerance class of testing gears requires precise dimensional and geometrical tolerances of components, which are shown in the document.
