Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo v teoretičnem prikazu predstavili ključne cilje in procese pri zaposlovanju kadrov in njihovo tesno povezanost s celotno strategijo in managementom organizacije. Opisali smo planiranje, pridobivanje, izbiranje, uvajanje in motivacijo kadrov. V empiričnem delu smo proučili, kako omenjeni procesi praktično potekajo v podjetju Adriatic Slovenica zavarovalna družba d.d. Ugotavljamo, da so procesi kvalitetno zasnovani in izvedeni. Kljub temu se pri posameznih vsebinah in fazah teh procesov pojavljajo težave. Z raziskavo razmerja med prijavljenimi, izbranimi in uspešnimi kandidati za zavarovalnega zastopnika v Poslovni enoti Ljubljana smo za obdobje od leta 2005 do 2015 ugotovili sorazmerno neugodno sliko ob visoki stopnji fluktuacije kadrov. V zaključku predlagamo nekaj ukrepov za izboljšanje stanja.

Secondary abstract: In its theory part, this Graduation Thesis presents the key objectives and processes of staff recruitment and employment, and close interlinks of staff, overall strategy and management of an organisation. Staff planning, recruitment, selection, initiation and motivation are presented. In its empirical part, the Graduation Thesis examines the evolvement of these processes in practice within the Adriatic Slovenica zavarovalna družba d.d. We find that the processes have been designed and implemented in a highly qualitative manner. Nevertheless, difficulties occur in certain substances and phases of these processes. Through investigation of relationship between the registered, selected and successful candidates for an insurance agent at the Ljubljana business unit we found a relatively disadvantageous picture within the period of 2005 - 2015, and a high level of employee fluctuation. In conclusion, several measures for improving the current situation are proposed.
