Abstract

V zaključnem delu so predstavljeni predlogi za izvedbo digitalne orodjarne po vzoru digitalne tovarne. Predstavljen model orodjarne je namišljen in avtomobilski industriji oz. livarnam predstavlja podporni člen za tlačno litje izdelkov iz alu zlitin. Vsebina naloge prikazuje možnosti povezovanja orodjarstva in informatike ob napovedih v avtomobilski industriji, načrtovanju in vodenju podjetja. Za uspešno delovanje orodjarne je potrebno zagotoviti ustrezno upravljanje s podatki in dokumenti v povezavi s številnimi programski orodji. Da bi digitalna orodjarna dejansko prešla v širšo uporabo, je ključno upoštevanje smernic, zastavljenih v okviru mednarodnih projektov za področje pametnih tovarn oz. v okviru smernic projekta Industrija 4.0.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis the concept of digital tool workshop based on the digital factory is presented. The concept model of the factory is imaginary, in collaboration with the automotive industry as a key chain which supports die-cast foundry. The purpose of the thesis was to figure out how to produce the tools for die-casting in collaboration with the latest company, organization, software and hardware solutions being available on the market. Today it is very important to have a good communication and data exchange between different departments of the company and the customers. In order to actually put a digital tool into wider use, it is essential to follow a developing trend related to smart factories respectively the guidelines of the project Industry 4.0.
