Secondary abstract: | ABSTRACT The thesis deals with current problems of exploitation of geothermal energy for the production of electricity in conjunction with the findings of the profession of safety and reliability. The aim of this work is the field of technical failures and human errors, which may result in unforeseen events. The work deals with the field of technical and human errors, which may result in unforeseen events. For the processing unit I chose a geothermal power plant, for which the quantitative method of determining the likelihood of technical failure and human error has been tested. Determination of a technical failure was made by the method of fault tree analysis, while the likelihood of a human error was evaluated by the basic and extended CREAM method (Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method). The synthesis of technical failure and human error was made in the conclusion. |
