Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema področje vročega kovanja cilindričnih vijakov z notranjim vtiskom (inbus) iz nerjavnega jekla. Predstavljen je sodoben način izdelave vijakov, kjer je podrobno opisan načrt raziskave. Zbrani in ovrednoteni so podatki meritev temperatur surovcev za kovanje, narejeni so natezni preskusi vijakov in določeni sta temperaturni procesni okni za enostopenjsko oziroma dvostopenjsko kovanje. Prikazane so tudi simulacije kovanja in metalografske preiskave.

Secondary title: Determination of the temperature process window for forging stainless steel fasteners
Secondary abstract: The thesis covers the field of hot forged hexagon socket head cap screws made out of stainless steel. In detailed research plan the modern way of producing screws is introduced. Temperature measurements of forging blanks are collected and evaluated, tensile tests are performed on screws and the temperature process window for the one step and two step forging has been defined. In the thesis the simulation of forging and metallographic investigation are also included.
