diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Neprofitne organizacije so izjemnega pomena, saj družbo oskrbujejo s tistimi dobrinami, ki jih vsi ljudje potrebujemo, a jih ne moremo kupiti – zdravje, izobraževanje, pomoč ljudem v stiski. Da neprofitne organizacije lahko družbi pomagajo, pa potrebujejo ustrezne kadre. Iskanje ustreznih kadrov lahko predstavlja velik problem, saj neprofitne organizacije zaposlenih ne morejo motivirati z denarjem, ker snovanje le-tega ni njihov glavni namen, zato se morajo posluževati drugih motivacijskih prijemov in upati na to, da bodo ljudje pripravljeni opravljati delo tudi brezplačno, kot znak dobre volje, kot prostovoljci.
V diplomskem delu smo najprej predstavili neprofitne organizacije, njihovo delovanje in težave, s katerimi se soočajo. Sledi predstavitev managementa kadrov v organizacijah z osredotočenjem na kadrovanje neprofitnih organizacij. V zaključku teoretičnega dela pa smo predstavili še Zavod MEPI in Društvo GAHA, v katerem smo tudi izvedli raziskavo za empirični del diplomske naloge. V raziskovalnem delu naloge ugotavljamo, kakšna je kadrovska struktura Društva GAHA, kaj ljudi sploh motivira, da so se odločili za prostovoljno sodelovanje v neprofitni organizaciji in kakšen vpliv ima to na njihovo življenje.

Non-profit organizations are of exceptional meaning, because they are supplying society with those assets, that everyone need them, but are impossible to buy with money – health, education, help to people in need. If non-profit organizations want to help to society they need appropriate staff. Searching for suitable staff can be a problem, because non-profit organizations can’t motivate their employees with money, due their main objective isn’t creating a profit, is why they have to find other motivational approaches and hope, that people are prepare to do some works without being paid for, but as a sign of good will, as volunteers.
In diploma, at first we have introduced non-profit organizations, their activities and problems that they are facing. Than follows presentation of managing human resources, where we keep our focus on human resources in non-profit organizations. At the end of theoretical part we have introduced the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE) and Gold award holders association (GAHA), in which we have also made a research for empirical part of diploma. We are finding out how personnel structure in GAHA and what is main motivator, for them to decide for volunteering in non-profit organization and what influence does it have on their life. |
