Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko in optimizacijo trenutnega poslovanja na področju spletne trgovine ter konvencionalne prodaje v podjetju PR, d.o.o., ki danes predstavlja verigo športnih trgovin Extreme Vital. S skokovitim porastom internetne prodaje ter večanjem števila poslovalnic so se v podjetju pričele pojavljati težave in nepravilnosti v prodajnem procesu.
