diplomsko delo

Abstract

Secondary abstract: The goal of my diploma was through simple and proven method explore all the possibilities for improvement in general well-being of employee. Well-being usually leads to better process quality and higher productivity. In our case the OWAS method shows us some guidelines to achieve better performance with eliminating false work postures in our process. In the diploma we have therefore examine characteristic work postures during process on the assembly line. Company considers assembly line as complete working unit. As needed for the analysis we had to divide assembly line into four separate units. Working units have been additional divided into separate working positions where each worker performs individual task. Altogether ten individual workers have been video recorded and closely monitored while preforming different tasks. Over thousand minutes of video clips has been made and over 2500 work postures have been marked in OWAS evaluation sheet. We analysed all the collected data and presented it in the histogram of proportions for individual work posture defined by OWAS method. Given results lead us into possible recommendations and solutions for improvement of each working positions and better working conditions on the assembly line as complete unit.
