diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Prvi del diplomske naloge vključuje teoretični del, kjer predstavimo najpomembnešje kadrovske procese, in sicer ključne faze od planiranja do izobraževanja in usposabljanja. V drugem, empiričnem delu, pa predstavljamo osnovne podatke o podjetju ter praktično izvedbo celotnega procesa zaposlovanja kadrov v izbranem podjetju Berlitz Slovenija d.o.o. Planiranje kadrov ocenimo s pomočjo SWOT metode. Predlagamo nekaj ukrepov za izboljšave oziroma spremembe pri poteku kadrovskih procesov, da bi sicer dobro urejeno kadrovska funkcija delovala še uspešneje.

The first section of this thesis comprises the theoretical component, which presents the most important human resource processes, from the initial planning stage to education and training. The second, empirical section, presents basic information about the company as well as the actual implementation of the entire process of staff recruitment at the selected enterprise, Berlitz Slovenia l.l.c. The planning of personnel is evaluated using the SWOT method. Finally, recommendations are made for implementing improvements or modifications in the course of human resource processes for the purpose of ensuring that an otherwise well-managed human resource department function even more effectively. |
