Abstract

Geodetsko podjetje mora pri izvajanju nekaterih geodetskih storitev v postopek vključiti tudi vse vpletene stranke, ki morajo biti skladno s predpisano zakonodajo ustrezno vabljene. Pravilno vabljenje prave stranke na geodetski postopek je ključnega pomena. Pri tem podjetje velikokrat naleti na težave zaradi nepopolnih uradnih evidenc in baz podatkov, iz katerih pridobiva podatke, potrebne za vabljenje strank. V zemljiški knjigi, ki je glavna evidenca lastništva nepremičnin, velikokrat naletimo na lastnike, ki so pokojni, imajo naslov, ki je nepravilen, lastnike, ki so neznani … Vsa ta neskladja zavirajo potek postopka. Zato geodetska podjetja uporabljajo še druge uradne evidence, kjer lahko preverijo in primerjajo pravilnost podatkov. Na praktičnih primerih bom prikazal težave geodetskih podjetij v postopku vabljenja strank. Stranke (naročniki geodetske storitve) si želijo hitro in strokovno izvedbo geodetske storitve. V želji po najboljši izvedbi storitve morajo geodetska podjetja upoštevati veliko dejavnikov, posebno pozornost pa morajo nameniti samemu vodenju geodetskega postopka. Vendar pa velikokrat vse ni odvisno od njih samih in se vsi postopki zaradi različnih razlogov ne zaključijo hitro in brez težav.

Secondary abstract: Geodetic company must in execution of some geodetic services throughout the procedure include in it all the involved clients, who, in accordance with applicable legislation, must be duly summoned. Duly summoning of the right parties to the geodetic procedure is crucial. In the process, a problem of inconsistent official records and databases, from which they obtain the data for summoning the parties, is often encountered. In the land register, which is the main record of the real estate ownership, we often encounter deceased owners, owners with incorrect address, unknown owners etc. All these inconsistencies slow down the procedure. Therefore, the geodetic companies also use other official records, where they can check and compare the data´s accuracy. With the practical examples I will present the problems of the geodetic companies throughout the procedure of summoning the clients. Customers (those ordering a geodetic service) want to have a quick and professional implementation of the service. In order to implement the service as best as possible, the geodetic companies must consider numerous factors. A special attention must be paid to the conduction of the geodetic process itself. However, often everything is not up to them, and all procedures are not finished fast and without any problems.
