Dodelava luknjalne naprave za luknjanje akumulatorskih kaset

Abstract

Diplomsko delo podrobno predstavlja dodelavo luknjalne naprave za luknjanje akumulatorskih kaset. Med postopkom varjenja celičnih stavkov vstavljenih v akumulatorsko kaseto je prihajalo do slabih medceličnih povezav - zvarov. Posledica le teh je bil velik izmet in pogosti zastoji serijske proizvodnje. V ta namen je v skladu s Poslovnikom kakovosti predviden proces korektivnih in preventivnih ukrepov, za ugotovitev in odstranitev vzroka slabih medceličnih povezav, ki predvideva dodelavo luknjalne naprave za luknjanje akumulatorskih kaset. Po kakovostni analizi ukrepa se je projekt dodelave izkazal kot uspešen, saj so stroški, zaradi neustreznosti akumulatorskih kaset bili odpravljeni.

Secondary abstract:	This degree paper presents the upgrade of the hole punching machine for punching starter battery boxes. During the welding process of the plate block inserted into a battery box, a bad intercellular connection – welds occurred. The consequence was a big waste and a frequent congestion of serial production. For this reason is with accordance of the Quality Management, expected a process of corrective and preventive measures, for detecting and removing the cause of the poor intercellular connections, which predicts an upgrade measure of the hole punching machine for punching starter battery boxes. After the qualitative analysis of the measure, the upgrade project proved to be successful, because the costs due to the inadequacy of battery boxes were eliminated.
