Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo preučevali področje uvajanja zaposlenih in elemente uvajanja, kot so mentorstvo, komunikacija med mentorjem in delavcem, motivacija zaposlenih in orientacija novo zaposlenih delavcev. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo definirali probleme, ki nastanejo pri površnem uvajalnem postopku, kot so visoki stroški uvajanja, neučinkovit začetek dela novo zaposlenega, pomanjkanje motivacije in celo izguba potenciala. Prav tako smo definirali program uvajanja, vsebino uvajalnega programa, faze v postopku uvajanja in uvajalne obrazce, ki so v pomoč uvajalcem pri izvajanju procesa uvajanja. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli raziskavo glede uvajanja zaposlenih na delovno mesto v podjetju Kovinoplastika Benda d.o.o.. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da v organizaciji za potrebe uvajanja ne obstajajo nobeni vnaprej določeni programi in predpisi glede uvajanja. Rezultati so pokazali tudi, da je uvajanje v določenih primerih neučinkovito. Na podlagi sinteze rezultatov in teoretičnih izhodišč smo v nadaljevanju podali predloge za spremembo pri načinu uvajanja v organizaciji. Predlagali smo uvedbo formalnega programa uvajanja, obrazcev za uvajanje, priročnika za novo zaposlene in določitev internega akta, v katerem bi bili opredeljeni postopki uvajanja glede na določeno delovno mesto in v katerem bi bile določene osebe, katere bi izvajale postopek uvajanja v različnih organizacijskih enotah.

Secondary abstract: My diploma thesis is a research of the initiation process of employees and the elements of induction, such as supervision, communication between tutor and employee, motivation of employees and orientation of new employees. In the theoretical part of the thesis we will define the problems that arise with a careless initiation process, e.g. high costs, ineffective start of a new employee, lack of motivation and even loss of potential. We have also defined the induction programme, its content, the different phases in the initiation process, and the forms as a helpful tool while performing the induction process. The empirical analysis has been conducted on a research study of the induction process in the company Kovinoplastika Benda d. o. o.. The results have proven that there are no pre-set programmes and regulations that would determine the induction guidelines. Furthermore, we have discovered that the induction is in certain cases ineffective. Based on the synthesis of results and theoretical starting points we have recommended a change of the induction process within the organization. We have suggested an introduction of an official induction programme, forms, manuals for new employees and definition of an internal act where the induction processes for specific work profiles would be defined, as well as individuals which would perform the induction in different units of the organization.
