Abstract

V proizvodnih linijah za izdelavo lepljencev se za odpravo napak v strukturi lesa uporabljajo prirezovalne žage. Prirezovalne žage izrezujejo označene napake iz lesa. Tehnologija izdelave lepljenih nosilcev zahteva natančen ter zanesljiv stroj. Prvotno krmilje prirezovalne žage je bilo izdelano z Beckhoff krmilno opremo, vendar se je zaradi zahtev trga pojavila težnja, da se prvotno krmilje Beckhoff nadomesti s Siemensovo krmilno opremo. S prihodom nove družine krmilnikov 1500, proizvajalca Siemens, ki imajo procesorsko zmogljivost ustrezno zahtevam delovanja stroja, je bila možna zamenjava opreme, s tem pa rekonstrukcija krmilja prirezovalne žage. Z zamenjavo krmilja prirezovalne žage smo istočasno posodobili varnostno krmilje. Dosedanja relejna izvedba varnostnega krmilja se je z uporabo varnostnega krmilnika iz družine 1500F proizvajalca Siemens prenesla na višji nivo. Kontrola delovanja varnostnega nivoja se izvaja v PLC kodi.

Secondary abstract: In glue lam production lines, cross-cut saws are used for eliminating the irregularities in wood. A cross-cut saw cuts out the irregularities which have been previously marked on the wood. The technology of glue lam manufacture requires a precise and reliable machine. The first CPU (control process unit) was built with Beckhoff control equipment but due to the requirements of the market a tendency appeared that the initial Beckhoff CPU be replaced with Siemens control equipment. With the arrival of a new family of controllers 1500 manufactured by Siemens with the processing capacity relevant to the requirements of the machine operation, it became possible to replace the equipment and consequently to reconstruct the CPU of a cross-cut saw. By replacing the CPU of a cross-cut saw we have simultaneously updated the safety control. The current version of safety controls by means of relays has been upgraded through the use of a safety controller from the family 1500F, manufactured by Siemens. Safety level operation is controlled in PLC code.
