Abstract

V okviru diplomskega dela je bilo potrebno razviti postopek, s katerim bi lahko sintrali mikrostrukture iz polistirenskih kroglic, katere gradimo z nanorobotsko celico, ki je v vakuumski komori. Za gradnjo mikroobjektov uporabljamo na osnovi van der Waalsove sile ledno prijemalo. Način oziroma postopek sintranja mora biti takšen, da lahko zagotovimo ponovljivost postopka. V diplomski nalogi je opisana laboratorijska oprema, predelava robotske celice, gradnja konstrukcije z nanorobotsko celico, ki ima obliko piramide, iz steklenih kroglic (velikosti 50–100 µm, 10–30 µm) sintranje objektov iz polistirenskih kroglic velikosti 30 µm. Opisane pa so tudi težave, s katerimi sem se soočal pri sintranju objektov.

Secondary title: Building of 3D rigid microstructures
Secondary abstract: As a part of my diploma work, I developed a procedure with which we could sintering microstructures made by polystyrene beads. Microstructures were constructed with nanorobotic cell in the vacuum chamber. We used van der Waals force based gripper for moving the beads and building these microstructures. The procedure of sintering has to be such that it can be repeated. The laboratory equipment is also described, the processing of the robotic cell, the building of the construction with nanorobotic cells from glass balls/spheres sizes of 50 – 100 µm and 10 – 30 µm in shape of a pyramid, and at last sintering of polystyrene beads size of 30 µm and the problems I faced during the sintering process.
