Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisan primer obnove stroja za izdelavo plastičnihpolizdelkov.Vsebina zajema opis tehnologije rotacijskega formiranja, opis stanja pred obnovo, razloge za obnovo in zahteve naročnika. Sledita izbira elementov avtomatizacije in projektiranje, kjer so definirani vsi senzorji ter aktuatorji, uporabljeni v projektu. V nadaljevanju sta opisananačin risanja električnega načrta in programiranje prikazovalnika, občutljivega na dotik, programirljivega logičnega krmilnika, regulatorja temperature ter frekvenčnih pretvornikov. Ker so krmilnik, regulator temperature in frekvenčni pretvorniki povezani preko Modbus komunikacije, je na kratko opisan ta protokol. Na koncu je opisano rokovanje s strojem in delovanjele-tega,možni alarmi ter predvidene izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: The thesis introduces an example of renovation of the machine used for the manufacture of semi-finished plastic products. The contents include description of the technology of rotary formation, description of the situation before the renovation, reasons for renovation and customer's requirements. The next chapters present a selection of automation and design elements where all sensors and actuators used in the project are defined. The method of preparing an electrical design and programming of the touch display, a programmable logic controller, a temperature-regulating device and frequency converters is shown as well. Since the controller, the temperature-regulating device and frequency converters are connected via Modbus communication this protocol is briefly described. At the end of the thesis the machine handling and performance, possible alarms and planned improvements are listed.
