Abstract

Velik vpliv na konkurenčnost podjetja ima razdelitev dela na operacije in povezano s tem, optimiranje in izboljšanje celotnega procesa. Tako je tudi v avtomobilski industriji, kjer smo na podlagi značilnosti linijske proizvodnje opisali celotni potek proizvodnje letaliških avtobusov. Opis je bil izveden s pomočjo obiskov podjetja in ogledi procesa v živo, ter s posnetjem stanja. Rezultati kažejo na dobro organiziranost in ustrezno delitev operacij, kar privede do ugodnih rešitev in lahkega nadzora vodilnih v podjetju. Navedene so tudi lastnosti nekaterih sodobnih metod optimizacije, ki bi jih podjetje lahko v prihodnosti uvedlo.

Secondary abstract:	Big influence on the companys standing in the market is division of labour into smaller operations and with that, optimisation and improvement of the whole process. It is the same in the automotive industry, where we have described the whole process of the production of airport buses based on stroke process production. The description was made with visits to the company, observation of the process as it took place and later documenting it. A conclusion was made, that shows good organization and good division of the operations, which leads to beneficial solutions and easy control of the leadership in the company. We have also pointed out the basics about modern optimisation methods, that the company could implement some day in the future.
