diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu z naslovom Razvoj motoričnih sposobnosti otrok v prvem starostnem obdobju smo v teoretičnem delu predstavili potek gibalnega razvoja otrok v prvem starostnem obdobju, gibalne sposobnosti in gibalne dejavnosti ter pomen in uporabo elementarnih iger v tem obdobju.

Development of motor abilities in the first age group of preschool children |
Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis entitled Development of motor abilities in the first age group of preschool children we presented in the theoretical part the course of motor development of children in the first age bracket, physical abilities and motor activities, as well as the importance and use of natural games in this period. In the empirical part we presented the findings of the research results obtained with the help of pedagogical experiment, which included a non-probability sample from specific populations consisting of experimental and control groups of children aged 2-3 years. Both groups consisted of 14 children. In the experimental group we carried out at the time of the first test, which was held in October 2015, and the third test, which was conducted in May 2016, weekly a planned and professionally guided physical activity in order to determine whether planned physical activities impact motor development of children in the first age bracket. We used the quantitative technique of data collection. In both groups we conducted three tests of motor skills, where children passed six tests, which included balance, explosive power, coordination, and speed. In the process of data processing we used descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis, namely the T-Test for independent samples, the result of which showed us that the difference between the experimental and control group of initial testing is not statistically significant (p = 0.434), whereas the difference between the two groups in the final testing is statistically significant (p = 0.000). We conclude that organised, planned, professionally managed and orderly implementation of physical activity influences the motor development of children in the first age group. |
