Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava tematiko vpliva osvetljenosti delovnega okolja na motivacijo zaposlenih in kakovost delovnih procesov v podjetju Proaj. Njen glavni namen je ugotoviti, kako se spreminja motiviranost zaposlenih glede na njihovo delovno okolje in osvetljenost kot njegov poddejavnik. V prvem delu smo predstavili osnovne pojme svetlobe, razsvetljavo in merjenje, vpliv na delovno okolje in ergonomijo. Sledijo osnovni pojmi motivacije in zadovoljstva. Drug del zajema zbiranje podatkov zaposlenih o stanju delovnega okolja in ostalih motivacijskih dejavnikih. Sledi prenova, ki nam pokaže primerjavo in rezultate osvetljenosti delovnega okolja ter ponovno zbiranje podatkov zaposlenih o stanju delovnega okolja in osvetljenosti. Analiza rezultatov izvedenih anket in rangiranja motivacijskih dejavnikov nam daje podrobnejšo sliko pomembnosti motivacijskih dejavnikov in vpliva osvetljenosti delovnega okolja na motivacijo zaposlenih. Rezultati analize so, v primerjavi z ostalimi raziskavami, primerljivi in se bistveno ne razlikujejo. Delovno okolje in osvetljenost sta zelo pomembna motivacijska dejavnika, kljub bojazni ob izgubi zaposlitve in mesečnem denarnem prejemku, ki sta pričakovano bolje uvrščena na motivacijski lestvici. Zato drži, kot je pokazala raziskava, da prenova kot vzvod in boljši delovni pogoji, vključno z osvetljenostjo, vplivajo na zaposlene in delovne procese, na motivacijo in zadovoljstvo.

Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with the theme of illumination affects the working environment for staff motivation and quality of work processes in the company Proaj. Its main purpose is to determine, changing motivation of employees regardless of their working environment and illumination as his bellow factor. In the first part we present the basic concepts of light, lighting and measuring and the impact on the working environment and ergonomics. Then follows the basic concepts of motivation and satisfaction. Another part involves the collection of data of employees on the state of the working environment and other motivational factors. Followed by the renovation, which shows a comparison of the results and the illumination of the working environment and the re-collection of employees on the state of the working environment and illumination. Analysis of the results of surveys, ranking and motivational factors gives us a more complete picture of the importance of motivation and affect the illumination of the working environment to motivate employees. The analysis results are compared with other studies, comparable and do not differ significantly. Work environment and lighting are very important motivating factor, despite the fears of the loss of employment and monthly cash remuneration, which are expected to be better placed on the motivational scale. It is therefore true, as the survey showed that the renovation of the leverage and better working conditions, including luminosity, its impact on employment and working processes, motivation and satisfaction.
