Razvoj spletne strani za namen povezovanja študentov z delodajalci

Abstract

Čas v katerem je bil napisan diplomski projekt je za veliko slovenskih študentov negotov. Mnogi izmed njih pa imajo težave z iskanjem zaposlitve na svojem študijskem področju tudi po zaključenem študiju. V diplomskem projektu smo ponudili del rešitve tega problema. Končni rezultat dela je koncept spletne strani, ki bi v okviru Univerze v Mariboru omogočala delodajalcem, da lahko hitreje najdejo kandidate za zaposlitev. S tem se delodajalci lahko izognejo nepotrebnemu prevelikemu številu prejetih prošenj za delo s strani kandidatov, ki ne ustrezajo njihovim pogojem, študentje pa imajo na voljo platformo na kateri se lahko predstavijo delodajalcem. Koncept spletne strani pa ima hkrati zanimive prednosti. V primeru, da bi takšna spletna stran v okviru univerze oživela, bi to lahko ob primerni marketinški podpori vzpodbudilo študente k bolj aktivnemu razmišljanju o njihovi prihodnosti in o tem kaj lahko storijo že danes za lažjo zaposlitev v prihodnosti. Koncept spletne strani temelji na dveh raziskavah. Prva raziskava je bila narejena med dodiplomskimi in podiplomskimi študenti na Ekonomsko-Poslovni fakulteti v Mariboru, druga pa med slovenskimi delodajalci. Obe raziskavi sta pokazali interes za obstoj takšne spletne strani, koncept le te pa je razvit na podlagi izsledkov in ugaja željam delodajalcev. Preden smo se lotili razvoja koncepta spletne strani, smo pregledali literaturo s področja razvoja novega izdelka in v našem razvoju sledili ugotovitvam.

Secondary abstract:	For many students in Slovenia the times at which this thesis was written are very uncertain. Many students have trouble finding employment in their field of studies even after graduation. In the thesis we offer a part of the solution to this problem. The end result of it is a concept of a website, which would allow employers to find candidates for employment, under the trustworthy wings of the University of Maribor. With it the employers could avoid having to get unnecessary big amounts of job applications from candidates, that do not fit their requirements. The students would at the same time recieve a platform, on which they can present themselves to employers. The concept offers interesting benefits. In the event that the website would be a success under the wings of the university, that could with proper marketing support encourage students to a more active approach to thinking about what they can do today, for better employment chances in the future. The concept relies on the results of two researches we made. The first was made among students of bachelor and master studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor and the second among employers in Slovenia. Both researches concluded that there is sufficient interest from both sides towards developing the website. Before we developed a concept of the website, we went through the literature from the field of new product development and followed the theory from them in our development.
