Abstract

Orodja za preoblikovanje pločevin zahtevajo veliko znanja, izkušenj in truda. Orodjarne ki se lotevajo izdelave zelo kompliciranih pa tudi enostavnih orodij za preoblikovanje pločevin, pa so primorane v posodabljanje , da lahko konkurirajo ostalim na trgu. V diplomski nalogi smo na začetku opisali nekaj izvedb orodij za preoblikovanje pločevin, nato sledijo teoretične osnove različnih operacij preoblikovanja, določitev nekaterih parametrov za izračune, ki so potrebni pri sami konstrukciji orodja, kot so rezalne in upogibne sile ter sile snemanja. Narejen je bil metodni plan, na podlagi katerega nato konstruiramo orodje. Od naročnika smo dobili tudi podatke stiskalnice na kateri bo orodje delovalo. Prikazan je tudi postopek, kako si pomagat s programskim paketom AUTOFORM.

Secondary title: Construction and design of progressive tools for sheet metal forming
Secondary abstract: The design and production of sheet metal forming tools requires a lot of knowledge, experience and great effort. Engineering companies who design and produce exacting and also simple tools for sheet metal forming are forced to initiate technological innovations to stay competitive in the market. The diploma thesis introduces some sheet metal forming tools and the theoretical background of different forming processes. Furthermore the parameters for the calculation of some values such as the cutting and bending force or the force required to pierce sheet metal are being set, which are necessary for the design and production of the specific tool. The client also provided information about the press in which the tool will be installed. The thesis contains a plan of the methods that were used to design the tool and introduces the AUTOFORM program which offers solutions for the sheet metal forming process.
