Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek izdelave testne plošče za preizkušanje različnih programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov. Testna plošča omogoča preizkušanje analognih in digitalnih signalov, uporabo hitrih števcev, krmiljenje s pulzno širinskim signalom ter spoznavanje delovanja programirljivega logičnega krmilnika. Opisan je postopek načrtovanja in izdelave vezja v programskem okolju AltiumDesigner, uporaba Siemesnovega krmilnika serije S7 1200 ter programska oprema Siemens TIA portal. Obravnavana je odprto-zančna ter zaprto-zančna metoda nastavljanja parametrov regulatorja PID. Testno plošča bo uporabna za testiranje različnih programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov.

Secondary abstract: Thesis describes a process of manufacturing the test panel for testing various programmable logic controllers. Test panel enables the testing of analog and digital signals, the usage of high-speed counters and pulse width control and recognizes operation of a programmable logic controller. Its specific design and manufacturing process in the programming environment AltiumDesigner are described, using Siemens controller series S7 1200 software and Siemens TIA Portal as well. The open-loop and closed-loop method parameterization PID are described in detail. The test panel is used for testing variety of programmable logic controllers.
