Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je raziskati metodo dizajnerskega načina razmišljanja ter kako le-ta lahko v podjetjih pomaga pri dvigu inovativnosti. Po besedah Tim Brown-a (IDEOa, 2016) je dizajnersko razmišljanje veliko več kot samo metoda. Je način razmišljanja pri katerem smo osredotočeni na uporabnika. Izhajamo iz izkušenj uporabnikov in s pomočjo dizajnerskih orodij kreiramo rešitve, ki prinašajo poslovni uspeh. Inovacije so se integrirale v naš svet bolj, kot si lahko predstavljamo, zato morajo podjetja temu primerno slediti. Tehnološki napredek prisili podjetja v inoviranje, v izboljšave, in v prilagajanje sprememb na trgu. Težava se pojavi, ko je to prilagajanje neuspešno. Opravili smo raziskavo strokovne literature o dizajnerskem razmišljanju in opisali smo metodo dela. Na podlagi teoretične raziskave smo zaključili, da se dizajnersko razmišljanje lahko uporablja v vseh podjetjih, ne glede na dejavnost. Naloga bo prispevala k temu, da spoznamo dizajnersko razmišljanje, ki ga potrebujemo pri kreativnem reševanju problemov. Rezultati naloge temeljijo na odgovorih uspešnih slovenskih oblikovalcev.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we will present design thinking, what is it, how to use it and why is it a good tool to enhance innovation in companies. By Tim Brown (IDEOa, 2016) Design thinking is more than just a method, it is a way of thinking. “It is a human centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success”. In today’s world for company to be successful, it has to be innovative. Technological advances have forced companies into innovation, companies have to improve, have to adapt in order to stay in the competitive market. The problem accurses when company tries to change the business environment, thus failing to improve and stay strong in the competitive market. Design thinking enables companies to enhance innovation and improve the service or product, which they offer. The thesis will contribute to solve any kind of companies’ problem with just implementation of the way of thinking into the companies. Results of this thesis are based on answers of successful Slovenian designers.
