Abstract

V diplomski nalogi predstavljam problem izvajanja meritev določenih geometrijskih lastnosti nekaterih izdelkov proizvodnega programa podjetja Fewi d.o.o. Podjetje se na svetovnem trgu nenehno spopada z željami kupcev po izdelavi vedno zahtevnejših izdelkov, kvaliteta le-teh oz. njihova skladnost z načrti pa je razumljiva sama po sebi in se o njej ni mogoče pogajati. Na primeru konkretnega izdelka bom predstavil težave, s katerimi se srečujemo pri izvajanju kontrole izdelkov, in hkrati rešitve, s katerimi bi bilo te težave moč odpraviti. Na osnovi ugotovitev, podanih v tej nalogi, se je podjetje odločilo investirati v sistem kontrole izdelkov s trikoordinatno merilno tehniko.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis presents the problem of measuring certain geometric characteristics of some products from Fewi d.o.o.’s production program. At the global market, the company constantly faces customer’s wishes to make more and more complex products; their quality and conformity with plans is self-evident and as such non-negotiable. With the help of a concrete example, I will present problems we encounter while performing product control and at the same time I will present solutions, which could help solve these problems. Based on the findings presented in this thesis, the company decided to invest in a products control system based on coordinate measuring technology.
