Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazano modeliranje, izdelava programa in izdelava izdelka nosilec grelcev, ki je del polnilnega stroja za sipke materiale Repleo TBC. Cilj diplomskega dela je izdelava programa za izdelavo omenjenega izdelka, tako da je čas izdelave čim krajši in da so stroški čim manjši. Z uporabo 3D modela izdelka smo uspeli skrajšati čas programiranja. Z uporabo funkcije »profit milling« smo skrajšali tudi čas obdelave. Dodaten čas bi lahko prihranili tudi z izdelavo več kosov v seriji, saj bi tako zmanjšali pripravljalno-zaključni čas.

Secondary title: Design, modeling and manufacturing of heater holder for packaging machine
Secondary abstract: The aim of this diploma thesis is to design, and create a program for CNC machine and finally manufacture a heater holder, which is a part of filling machine for granular materials Repleo TBC. The goal is to create a program for making the above mentioned product in shortest time possible with minimum costs. With the help of a 3D model of a product we have managed to shorten the programming time, we have also managed to shorten the production time by using »profit milling« operation. If we would produce multiple number of pieces in a series, we could even shorten the total production time per piece, due to the set up and finishing time needed for every production cycle.
