Abstract

Diplomska naloga prikazuje konstruiranje, izdelavo in prikaz uporabe traktorskega medvrstnega obdelovalnika. Glavna naloga priključka je, da ob vrstah, v katerih so zasejane poljščine, enakomerno doziramo mineralna gnojila, hkrati pa med vrstami prezračimo prst in mehansko odstranimo plevel. Na podlagi zahtev, ki smo jih zastavili, je najprej potekala idejna zasnova celotne konstrukcije po posameznih segmentih. Dimenzioniranje in modeliranje priključka je bilo opravljeno v programu CATIA V5R16. Izdelava same tehniške dokumentacije in prikaz simulacije obremenitve celotne konstrukcije pa smo opravili s pomočjo CREO SIMULATOR-ja. V zadnjem delu naloge so napisana navodila za uporabo, izdelavo prototipa, preizkus priključka v realnih pogojih, vzdrževanje ter izračun približnih stroškov razvoja in izdelave celotnega priključka.

Secondary abstract: Thesis shows constructing, making and demonstration of the use of the tractor hitch - row corps cultivator. The main task is to cultivate the earth between the rows of corps, we can get rid of weeds and at the same time, we can add fertilizer directly in the earth. Based on the requirements that we have set, the first task was to design a concept of the whole structure by segments. Dimensioning and modeling of the hitch was made in CATIA V5R16. The documentation and simulation of the forces, that are present, we made in CREO- SIMULATOR. Instructions, the making of the prototype, the testing and maintenance is described at the end of the thesis.
