Secondary abstract: | This diploma thesis covers measuring systems analysis for the height and parallelism of the switch regarding the flat surface of the printed circuit board. These two characteristics have an impact on the safety operating of the appliance. With the purpose of achieving an effective quality control of electronics, we have introduced control devices which enable faster and easier performance of measurements, and in particular the repeatability and reproducibility of measurement results have been improved. Due to different locations of performing the measurements, we made a Gage R & R analysis with operators separately located on each location and searched for a correlation between the measurements performed by the supplier, and measurements performed at BSH. |
