magistrsko delo Management delovnih procesov, Industrijski inženiring
Abstract
Podjetja in organizacije so v današnjem času izpostavljena hitrim spremembam na trgu in krepitvi konkurence.
Pravilno planiranje proizvodnje ob podpori naprednih informacijskih tehnologij je eden ključnih dejavnikov konkurenčne prednosti podjetja, saj z njim zagotavljamo kratke pretočne čase, nižje zaloge, kakovostne izdelke in ustrezne dobavne roke.

Multi-attribute decision model for production planning and scheduling |
Secondary abstract: |
In this day and age, companies and organizations are challenged by quick market changes and stiffer competition. Proper planning of production and optimum classification of sales orders have a significant effect on business performance, particularly in cases, where production planning is performed on the basis of a clients’ sales order. A well-planned production process significantly influences productivity and also ensures timely supply.
Proper planning of production supported by information technologies is one of the key factors of competitive advantage of a company, because it provides short flow time, less stocks, quality products and appropriate delivery periods.
The aim of the research was to define a model of scheduling production orders, which will generate optimum production process with respect to its defining and limiting criteria.
We also wanted to establish, if by applying the available advanced solutions we can upgrade the system of preparation of daily plans by means of a multi-parameter model for scheduling production orders in order to achieve better production results and reduce stocks of raw materials.
The result of the research is a model, which includes essential parameters, which influence the classification of production orders for the presented type of process production. The model is integrated in the company’s information system and has already been applied in practice. |
