Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega opis poteka razvoja kotla za ogrevanje od same zasnove do končne izdelave. Prikazan je način konstruiranja in priprava dokumentacije s programskim orodjem Creo Parametric 2.0. S parametri in s standardom je določen postopek varjenja, prav tako je z določili standarda izbran osnovni material. Diplomsko delo vsebuje podrobne analize osnovnega materiala in določitev ustreznosti zvarnega spoja. Opravljeni so mehanski preizkusi in sicer natezni in upogibni preizkus ter meritev trdote in numerična analiza. Sledi še prikaz konstrukcije vpenjalne naprave za vpenjanje kotla in opis postopka programiranja varilnega robota. V zaključku je prikazan dejanski proizvod in rezultati ter izsledki celotnega dela.

Secondary title: The design, documentation, welding and automation of welding boiler for central heating
Secondary abstract: The thesis comprises description of the course of development of the heating boiler from its initial design to final manufacture. Mode for the design and preparation of documents it's made with the software Creo Parametric 2.0. With parameters and the standard is set welding process, it is also laid down in standard selected base material. The thesis contains a detailed analysis of the base material and determine the adequacy of the welded joint. The mechanical tests are carried out, namely tensile and bending test and hardness measurement and numerical analysis. Followed by a view of the structure of the clamping device for clamping the boiler and a description of the programming of the welding robot. The conclusion shows the actual product and the results and findings of the entire work.
