Abstract
Kot že sama besedna zveza ponazarja, gre v družinskih podjetjih za sočasno prepletanje tako družinskih kot tudi poslovnih odnosov. Tako je tudi za poslovanje podjetja pomembno, da družinski člani, ki v tovrstnih podjetjih praviloma zasedajo vodstvene položaje, ohranjajo stabilne in dobre medsebojne odnose, saj lahko s tem podjetju izdatno pripomorejo pri doseganju želenih ciljev in upoštevanju vrednot podjetja. Družinska podjetja predstavljajo pomemben dejavnik in prispevajo velik delež h gospodarskemu razvoju posamezne države. Omenjena podjetja imajo tako prednosti kot slabosti, pri svojem razvoju pa se srečujejo tudi s specifičnimi problemi oziroma mejniki. Kot enega izmed njih v tem diplomskem seminarju izpostavljamo problem nasledstva, kar je tudi osrednja tema tega dela.
Diplomski seminar je razdeljen na dva vsebinska dela: teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del uvodoma vsebuje razlago definicij družinskega podjetja, kot jih navajajo različni avtorji, kasneje pa so opredeljene najpoglavitnejše značilnosti, ki veljajo za tovrstna podjetja. Ker brez urejenih odnosov med zaposlenimi podjetje ne more ustrezno delovati, smo poudarek namenili tudi pomembnosti dobrih medsebojnih odnosov, nato smo se podrobneje osredotočili na vprašanje nasledstva v družinskem podjetju. Pri tem naša raziskava vsebuje razlago nasledstva, razčlenili pa smo tudi možnosti nasledstva, ki jih ima podjetje na voljo, kadar pride do te točke. Sledi opredelitev vsega potrebnega za uspešen prenosa nasledstva v družinskem podjetju in razmejitev najpomembnejših dejavnikov. V praktičnem delu seminarja smo pridobljene teoretične osnove nadgradili še s študijo primera podjetja, ki se je nedavno soočilo z nasledstvom vodenja. Pri tem smo uvodoma na kratko predstavili preučevano družinsko podjetje, nato spoznali vloge družinskih članov v podjetju in nato na osnovi pridobljenih odgovorov iz intervjuja z naslednikom opisali prevzem nasledstva v njihovem podjetju. Za konec smo predstavili še stanje podjetja danes in cilje, h katerim stremi podjetje v prihodnosti.

Succession in family business |

In a family business (as the words themselves suggest) the family and also business relationships cross. For the operating of company it is important, that family members, which are usually on top management positions in family businesses, maintain stable and good relationships, that help the achieving of the business goals. Family businesses present the important force of development and contribute an important share to the economic development of each country. Family business face several strenghts and weakneses, as well as some specific problems and milestones during their development. In this diploma thesis, we focus on the problem of succession in family businesses.
This thesis work consists of two substantive parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part contains an explanation of definitions of family business by various authors and the most important features of family businesses are identified. Company without regulated relationships between employees can not operate efficiently, so we describe the importance of good relations. In the nexy chapter we focus on the issue of succession in the family businesses. Our study contains an explanation of the succession, we also analyze various ways and possibilities how to conduct succession, which are available when a company reaches this point. The necessary conditions that should be fulfilled for a successful transfer of succession in family businesses are presented. In the last part of the thesis work the case study of a family business, that recently faced a succession process, is presented. In the introduction the company is presented, as well as the roles of family members in the company. On the basis of the answers from the interview, we describe a succession in their company. At the end of the chapter, we present the stage of development of the company today and objectives to which the company aims in the future. |
