Abstract

V diplomskem delu, ki je teoretične narave, smo preučevali nepridobitne organizacije in njihove načine pridobivanja sredstev . Raziskovali smo povezanost med uspešnostjo poznavanja vrednot organizacije in prejetimi donacijami ter kako vplivata marketing in strateški management na količino pridobljenih sredstev. V diplomskem delu smo opredelili nepridobitne organizacije in njihov obseg v Sloveniji po ključnih indikatorjih ter ta sektor primerjali z Evropskim standardom. Predstavili smo vlogo managementa v nepridobitnih organizacijah in Brysonovo metodo strateškega planiranja, namenjeno prav nepridobitnim organizacijam. Pridobivanje sredstev smo analizirali po virih in metodah in jih primerjali po uspešnosti ter definirali, kateri so ključni elementi, na katere moramo biti pozorni pri zbiranju sredstev. Na praktičnem primeru smo analizirali Kulturno-umetniško društvo Kliničnega centra in Medicinske fakultete v Ljubljani in ugotovili, kako deluje društvo s sponzorstvom.

Secondary abstract: This theoretical diploma thesis analyses fundraising in non-profit organizations and the non-profit organizations itself. We have explored the correlation between knowledge of the values of the organization and received donations. Secondly we have examined the impact of marketing and strategic management on the amount of collected donations. We have examined non-profit organizations and their size in Slovenia by the key indicators that determine this sector and compared it to the European standards. We got to know the role of management in non-profit organizations, including the Bryson's method for strategic planning developed especially for non-profit organizations. We analysed the fundraising by the sources and the methods and compared them by the success level. We also determined witch is most important factor for fundraising. We have analysed the non-profit organization The Culture and Art Society of the University Medical Centre and Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana and got to know how it works moneywise.
