Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko poškodb na javnih vodih infrastrukture pri izvedbah aktualnih gradbenih projektov nizke gradnje. Predstavljen je način preprečevanja teh poškodb s pomočjo sodobnih ground penetrating radar – inštrumentov. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene tri opcije pristopa izvajanja projektov v povezavi s preprečevanjem poškodb na vodih javne infrastrukture. Predstavljeni so osnovni geodetski inštrumenti ter podrobneje GPR – ground penetraiting radar – inštrument. Prikazan je njegov način delovanja in kako lahko z njegovo pomočjo preprečimo poškodbe ob izvajanju različnih gradbenih projektov. Delovanje GPR inštrumenta je prikazano na realnem projektu na terenu ter predstavljeni so pridobljeni podatki in odstopanja od podatkov Zbirnega katastra gospodarske javne infrastrukture. Ob koncu je izdelana stroškovna analiza, ki prikazuje najugodnejšo možnost za izvajalca.

Secondary abstract: Thesis deals with the issue of damages to public infrastructure lines in the implementation of the current construction projects concerning civil engineering. In this paper, I have presented the way of preventing before mentioned damages by using modern ground penetrating radar instruments. The thesis presents three options of the implementation of projects related to the prevention of damages to public infrastructure lines. I have presented the basic surveying instruments and GPR – ground radar penetrating – instrument in detail. I have demonstrated the way of its functioning, and how it can help to prevent damages in the implementation of various construction projects. Operation of GPR instrument is shown in an actual project in the field. Furthermore, the data obtained and the deviations from the Consolidated Cadaster of Public Infrastructure are also presented. At the end, I have carried out cost analysis that shows the most favorable option for the contractor.
