Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo podrobneje analizirali procese skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Hiko trade d.o.o. Po analizi obstoječega stanja v podjetju smo ugotovili, da je v povprečju kar 20 % časa, ki se porabi za opravljanje procesov, nekoristnega. Najvišji odstotek nekoristnega časa nastane pri procesu komisioniranja blaga. Glavni vzrok za neučinkovito skladiščno poslovanje je slaba sledljivost blaga znotraj skladišča. Problem je tudi neurejenost skladišča, slaba pretočnost in pomanjkanje skladiščnega prostora. Na podlagi posnetka obstoječega stanja smo naredili SWOT analizo, ki nam je bila v pomoč pri iskanju predlogov rešitve problema. Kot glavni predlog rešitve problema smo predlagali implementacijo informacijskega sistema za upravljanje skladišč (WMS). Za delovanje takšnega sistema je potrebna tudi uporaba tehnologije črtne kode, s katerimi je potrebno označiti izdelke in skladiščne lokacije. Za povečanje pretočnosti skladišča smo predlagali tudi ureditev skladiščnih con prevzema in odpreme blaga. S prenovo skladiščnega poslovanja bi v podjetju odpravili nekoristen čas pri opravljanju procesov in s tem prihranili 935 ur dela. Znatno bi se povišal nivo sledljivosti blaga, opravljanje procesov pa bi bilo zanesljivejše in kvalitetnejše. Celotna investicija za uvedbo predlaganih rešitev bi se podjetju povrnila v 1,61 letih.

Secondary abstract: In our thesis we analyzed processes of warehouse management in the company Hiko trade d.o.o. Following an analysis of the current situation in the company we found out that in average 20 % of time, consumed for performing the warehouse processes, is useless. The highest percentage of useless time occurs in the process of picking goods. The main reason for inefficient warehouse management is poor traceability of goods within the warehouse. The problem is also disorder in the warehouse, poor throughput and lack of storage space. Based on a record of current situation, we made a SWOT analysis, which was helpful for finding the solutions to the problem. As the main suggested solution we proposed the implementation of the warehouse management system (WMS). To perform such a system, the use of barcode technology is required. It is also necessary to tag the products and storage locations with barcode labels. In order to increase the throughput of the warehouse we suggested the introduction of separated warehouse zones for goods receipt and shipping. With the renovation of warehouse processes and operations, we would eliminate useless time and consequently save 935 hours of work. The level of traceability of goods would significantly increase; also the performing of processes would be more reliable and higher quality. The total investment costs for the implementation of suggested solutions would return in approximately one year and seven months.
