Abstract

V tem diplomskem delu predstavljamo proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju ZVD d.o.o., kjer v večini zaposlujejo visoko izobražen kader. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali prevladujoča strokovna spoznanja, ki veljajo predvsem za procese planiranja, pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov. V empiričnem oziroma raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili podjetje ZVD d.o.o., zlasti njegovo dejavnost, organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo. Podrobno smo analizirali praktične procese zaposlovanja v podjetju, prikazali nekaj primerov in dodali dokumentacijo, ki jo podjetje pri tem uporablja. Ugotovili smo, da je proces zaposlovanja v podjetju dobro zasnovan, urejen in strokovno izveden. Vendar pa se ugledno podjetje srečuje tudi z resnimi težavami, in sicer predvsem s sorazmerno visoko povprečno starostjo nekaterih poklicev, ki hkrati na trgu dela veljajo za deficitarna. Zato bi moralo že preventivno poskrbeti za pomlajevanje in se pripraviti na odhode starejših iz podjetja. V ta namen smo v zaključku dela pripravili nekaj predlogov za ublažitev oziroma reševanje teh težav.

Secondary abstract: We are presenting the process of recruitment in the Slovenian company named Institute of Occupational Safety - ZVD d.o.o. , where the majority of employees are highly educated experts. The theoretical part of thesis consist of expert knowledge which is mostly applied in the processes of planning, recruitment and staff selection. Practical processes of recruitment in the ZVD were analyzed and there are some cases shown altogether with the documentation which is used in these processes. We found out that the process of recruitment in the company is well established, structured and derived professional. Nevertheless, the company faces some issues which need to be considered as soon is possible. This issues are especially high average age of current employees and shortage profession in the other hand. To avoid this problems as much is possible company should apply some resolutions in the field of seeking new employees, particularly the younger ones and to be prepared on retirement. To this end we prepare some proposals in the end of thesis which can help to mitigate the defined problems.
