Abstract

V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge je opisan pojem zadovoljstva, metode merjenja zadovoljstva ter dejavniki zadovoljstva. Med dejavnike zadovoljstva štejemo komuniciranje, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, napredovanje, plače in nagrajevanje ter motivacijo zaposlenih. Opisane so tudi posledice nezadovoljstva zaposlenih, kot sta absentizem in fluktuacija. Na temo zadovoljstva je bilo narejenih že ogromno raziskav, zato so v diplomski nalogi opisani tudi primeri dobrih praks iz različnih slovenskih podjetij. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo raziskave merili zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v podjetju Albatros-pro, d. o. o. Rezultati so pokazali, da je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v podjetju Albatros-pro, d. o. o., v povprečju zelo visoko. Nezadovoljstvo se je pokazalo na področju delovnega časa, saj je ta velikokrat daljši od osemurnega delavnika. Podjetju smo predlagali, da poskuša reorganizirati delovne procese in s tem omogočiti zaposlenim, da svoje delo opravijo znotraj osemurnega delavnika.

Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of satisfaction, methods of satisfaction measurement and factors of satisfaction. The following is considered as the factors of satisfaction: communication, education and training, promotion, salaries, remuneration and motivation of employees. The consequences of dissatisfaction of employees such as absenteeism and fluctuation are also described. Several previous researches were already carried out on the subject of satisfaction, therefore this thesis also reported the examples of good practices from different Slovenian companies. In the empirical part, we used research to measure the satisfaction of employees at the company Albatros-pro, d. o. o. The results showed that the satisfaction of employees in the company Albatros-pro, d. o. o., is very high on average. Dissatisfaction was expressed in the field of working time, as it is often longer than eight hours a day. We proposed to the company to reorganize the work processes and thus enable the employees to carry out their work within the 8-hour workday.
