Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazan celoten razvoj orodja, od osnovnih podatkov in zahtev naročnika, do končnega izdelka. Na podlagi ponujene cene za orodje in izdelek smo morali, kolikor je mogoče natančno, načrtovati in oceniti stroške različnih izvedb, ugotoviti, kako posamezna izvedba vpliva na funkcionalnost orodja ter proizvodnjo izdelka, kar se na koncu odrazi na lastni ceni izdelka. Ker kljub izkušnjam nismo mogli dovolj dobro oceniti tveganj, smo s pomočjo preizkusnega orodja poiskali odgovore na pereča vprašanja. Rezultati, dobljeni s preizkusnim orodjem, so pokazali, da je potrebno za ekonomično izbiro izvedbe uporabiti oblikovni del, narejen z novo tehnologijo, zaradi optimalnega temperiranja. Ta izbira nam je, kljub nenačrtovanim stroškom, dala optimalno rešitev, gledano na vrednost celotnega projekta.

Secondary abstract: The work shows the overall development of the tool starting with the entry data and customer requirements up to the final product. On the basis of the offered prices for the tool and the product, the costs of different designs had to be planned and assessed as precisely as possible and it also had to be determined how each version would affect the functionality of the tool and the production of the product, which is reflected in the cost price of the final product. Since we, despite our experiences, could not adequately assess the risks, we used the test tool to find answers to pressing questions. The results obtained with a test tool have shown, that economically it is necessary to select the cavity part made with new technology for optimal tempering. This was despite unplanned costs the optimal solution, considering the value of the entire project.
