Abstract

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo vpliv spoja med rebrom in korenom toplotnega prenosnika. S pomočjo numerične simulacije smo pridobili podatke, za koliko se zniža toplotni tok lepljenega spoja. Naredili smo simulacije za več vrst lepil pri različnih debelinah nanosa. Rezultate lepljenega spoja smo primerjali s primerom, če rebro ne bi bilo spojeno temveč bi bilo integralni del toplotnega prenosnika brez kontaktnega upora.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis the impact of the joint between the rib and the root of the heat exchanger is analysed. The results are obtained using numerical simulation. The reduction of rib heat flow is obtained for several types of adhesives and various glue thicknesses. The results are compared with a case where the rib is an integral part of the heat exchanger without contact resistance.
